It is included with Debian. I've been using it for quite some time. It does have its problems - it is possible to get into a situation where the userlevel autofs is gone, but the /home or /net mount is still there, and you can't get rid of it. A reboot is then required. Fortunately this happens rarely - autofs rereads it config files on the fly so there's not often a need to restart it, and if you do restart it it usually works ok >Yes, indeed. Jeremy, what can we do to help release v4 final? You might want to take a look at the patches debian uses. ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/a/autofs/autofs_3.9.99-4.0.0pre10-10.diff.gz Mike. _______________________________________________ autofs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://linux.kernel.org/mailman/listinfo/autofs
