Hi Bruce, It is included in the top-level Makefile.am as per the libopts README. I think it would make more sense to have it in src/Makefile.am though, but that is not what the documentation says. I think Nikos may have solved it though, although I don't understand the AM_COND_IF stuff -- it seems the intention was to really have a AC_CONFIG_FILES in a condition?
