Under my Ubuntu 10.04 system i have encountered the following error
after successfully installing the newest AutoGen, by simply running:
autogen -v
on the shell. The output:
Automated Options Processing Error!
autogen called AutoOpts function with structure version 36:0:5.
This exceeds the compiled library version:
