Hi,

As some are aware, there are some platforms wherein regcomp fails to correctly
operate on the pattern " -~". Specifically, it fails to match an ascii text
string of length 1 that contains a character in that range. Since I am
completely
unable to reproduce the problem, I rolled up release tarballs of every
commit I've done since the release of 5.18.4. I tried to test on a platform
that was supposed to fail, but they all but the last built and checked
successfully.
The last failed because of a bootstrapping inconsistency. The real problem
I am trying to isolate exists before that final tarball anyway, so it remains
broken.
If anyone experiencing this problem would be willing to build them sequentially
until failure, I would be really grateful. Thank you.
