[Automake-NG] A bison "fork" whose build system uses Automake-NG

For anyone who might be interested: I've cloned the git repository of
GNU bison to GitHub, and started a new branch 'automake-ng' (based of off
'master') where I can experiment freely with the use of Automake-NG in
the bison build system.  You can find the repository here:
