It occurs on line 43 of src/Makefile.in within:

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/wget/wget-1.6.tar.gz

It would suit me if it was in uppercase, and I'm hoping it
was generated in lowercase by mistake through some bug in
AUTOMAKE.
