Thanks for the patches, they're on my list for reviewing.
While I review you code, would you mind creating a topic-issue for this
virsh nodecpustats test? Then, please link it to issue #497. We're
using tracking issue #497 to help keep track of who's working on libvirt
tests (so we don't duplicate work).
