And for people developing virt tests, *pay attention* that we had a
major change on the library namespace for virt autotest. You'll likely
need to fix some imports and functions usage, if you're working your
code from master.

Quick note, this mainly includes the splitting up of virt_utils module.
This does not include the ongoing work on the libvirt virsh code, that
will come in due time.
