When the test.kernel.org server was decommissioned, there was a minor amount of files that got lost. Fortunately I managed to find an old copy of the presentation you mentioned. I've fixed the GeneralInfo page and now there shouldn't be more broken links. Check it out, now you should be able to download the "Slides for a presentation on Autotest".
