And I update my local pep8 to 1.6.1 but still can not trigger this problem.
I ran into this problem yesterday with travis, so the must have updated
something there or changed something. Though in my case the fix was
just to pep8 --ignore=BLAH and move on, not sure if inspekt can do this
yet or not.
