Some cases have some different configuration in different host, including
parameters inside a case and cmd line options in different devices and so on.
Just judge the host version and according that to run the test cases in
different parameters. This including two patchs:
1. KVM-test: Configure test command by host version
2. Merge qmp_basic and qmp_basic_rhel6 with host version suppor
