Hi Bill. Unfortunately I hadn't heard any responses, almost thought this mailing list was dead... After hunting a bit, it looks so far like the only solutions that will do this are from the wireless hardware companies. AeroHive has their free bonjour-gateway, which I still never got working properly and don't have the patience to re-visit it as yet. I had heard that Cicso and perhaps a few others were developing similar systems, but it appears that you would have to purchase their hardware too to use this, many thousands more than my boss thinks is reasonable for something which could be solved with software...
If you happen to have access to an ESX setup and can make sense of it all, the AeroHive solution is quite good, I've seen it in action and am pretty pleased with it, I just couldn't get it to work...
