Folks,
We need to be able to have SAR files available for download from jakarta.apache.org for most of the apps projects here. As well as the SAR file which is the bin distribution IMHO we need source downloads available.
Agree/Disagree?
Related to that, should the source download include the related jars (given that we are moving to a situation of not having Jars in CVS).
