I am very confused by this post. Why is it on freshmeat, I thought everything went in scratchpad or something? There is obviously more here than meets the untrained eye.
To code is not hosted at Apache (yet). It is a SourceForge project run along Apache rules. I announced it here because it may interest developers of other phoenix blocks.
