  Removed:     all/examples/altprofile/bin run.bat
               
all/examples/altprofile/src/java/org/apache/avalon/examples/altprofile
                        DefaultExampleProfilable.java
                        ExampleProfilable.java Main.java
  Log:
  Berin removed the altprofile package because they were replaced.  This should
  be removed as well.
