hmm. It is ment to be a lance =). This is a problem as I don't
want to loose contrast between the text and what is behind of
it on low-res monitors.

Yep. One is rgb(70,70,100) or something, the other
is rgb(80,80,80). Metal has a blueish shading to
it, so I wanted to test if people generally felt that
looked better. So far, most seem to not have a very
expensive monitor like me =)

I used CorelDRAW 9, which has a custom native format. Fortunately,
it provides full compatibility with Adobe Illustrator and about
10000 other formats. I use Corel Photo-Paint 9 for the bitmap
retouching (or photoshop when it photo-paint doesn't have a
feature, which doesn't happen often).
