Smart thing. The interfaces should probably make it back into the
framework once they get stable, but that is something to think
about later.

as long as the specification ends up in org.apache.avalon.* in
the end and phoenix is maintained as a brand name, I can
definately live with this. I'm still all for the spec-with-RI
model, but I suggest we leave that for later =)
