Configuration & Parameters

Are they going to be serializable ?!
I didn't understand in the previous thread if they will or not. The reason
I'm asking is even if I can create my own Configuration
(,ConfigurationBuilder) and Parameters the idea is to use as much code is
possible, in my case this is the main way of promoting Avalon framework!
