Do you see any need of such complex rotation conditions? I fear those
complex condition because it makes it too obscure and sometimes it is
the Flexibility Syndrome (FS) which drives us into situations we
don't really need.

Personally I don't see any other criteria to rotate a file then size and
time. I can see the OR operation but no AND (size > 10m && time <
23:59:59 ??)
