Hi,

I would like to propose Rana Bhattacharyya ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) as a committer to the 
Avalon project.  He recently donated his FTP server to cornerstone and would like to 
continue poking around with it in the Apache way.  I've known him for six months or so 
on that project.
