Looks good to me. There should be an indication of where the newbies own 
applications fit in to this, perhaps  on the top line next to the web 
server/beans server/mail client.
I know I'd had a cursory read of Avalon docs a number of times before I 
realised it was something I could use, the diagram would have told me very 
quickly.
