The build over in jakarta-avalon-apps/enterprise takes care of all of these
things - ummm, Excalibur to Phoenix refs are something I didn't think about.
I can come up with a solution but it's not minutes - I suggest you add an
exclude on the "service" package for the scratchpad build until I sort that
one out.
