Have just completed the update of the merlin package and
incorporation in the new excalibur structure.
* jakarta-avalon-excalibur/merlin
- contains the service/component execution tool
with support for execution via java -jar, classic
java main, or as an ant task (support for pooled
components/services has been removed for the time
being)
- improved javadoc and code formatting
- includes a couple of bug fixes when running as a jar
application
* scratchpad/configuration package moved to
jakarta-avalon-excalibur/configuration
- contains the CascadingConfiguration code
- improved javadoc and code formatting
- sources updated to seperate out some static
utilities for listing configurations
* scratchpad/context package moved to
jakarta-avalon-excalibur/context
- contains suppport for the creation of a context
instance based on a configuration
- improved javadoc and code formatting but more detailed
javadoc needed
