I think any two apps within the sar directory should recreate this , yet I tried with avalon-hsql.sar + avalon-simpleserver.sar from the avalon-apps repository. Its goto do with the setting of the contextClassLoader to 'null' within the DefaultApplication.loadBlockListeners method. (The j.xml.parsers.SaxParserFactory .newInstance() uses the contextClassLoader to load the Provider. )
