Done.
Now jakarta-avalon builds the docs with the new skin and cocoon 2.0.3.
The Fop generation fails because of recent changes to achieve better
conformance to the spec, I think it won't take long to fix it, right Berin?

I put in three skins: basic, jakarta-site, avalon-site (default).
To build the docs with a different skin, do:
./build.sh -Duse.skin=skinname docs
Please check that all is ok.
