Hello Guillaume, While I haven't done a full presentation on Avalon in quite some time, I do have a PPT that I used for a company presentation for our product, which shows some of Avalon. It is more of a presentation of ideas and then to answer the question of 'how?', I say Avalon is the answer. I'll be happy to send it to you via personal email if you like.
