Messy?
Inelegant, maybe, difficult to understand, maybe, but messy?

It makes the build slower and prevents proper dependency resolution.

Centipede used entities at first, then <ant> calls, and now we'll use
the new <import> tag that we are defining with the Ant list.

Feel free to change it if nobody complains.
On the other hand, if others complain and prefer the <ant> system, I
will change it myself, np.
