The excalibur/assembly cvs contains the demo subdirectory which contains
a bunch of components, each with a corresponding .xinfo. The compoennt
collection includes conflicting suppliers (to test selection policy
management), and at least one compenent that includes a .xprofile. To
build and run the demo - just do the following:
$ cd <your-merlin-directory>
$ ant
$ kernel
The kernel command should run the demo whic is simple the assembly of a
few compoents based on the main configuration in src/etc/kernel.xml.
Documentation about the demo is included in the javadoc for
org.apache.excalibur.merlin.Main.
