and we can't change this? Is it part of cocoon? Does the FOP author know
about this? (ie where do I add what to which bug database)

if not, I'll just move 'developing' over to avalon-site so I can cut
generation time of the other framework documentation by 90% (give or
take a bit).

if yes, I might still do the move but it will itch less.
