A clarification: my bringing forward the MailetContext was not about gathering user requiremnents about James, nor a misunderstanding, but an opportunity to make a point.
As you have seen, different developers reacted differently seeing it. Everyone here thinks they have the answer and know what a Context should do, be it Avalon or any other implementation. The fact is that if we want to make a better spec, we must have the same vision. The first step in fixing a problem is admitting there is one, that's all.
