Personally, I disagree with both of the assertations above.
I see a Context as a PROVIDER of DATA.  I dislike using
the COntext to provide services, and am sorry for the places
in code I wrote where I did that.

The ServiceManager is used to provide a NAMING SERVICE for
SERVICES (AKA components).
