[PROPOSAL] Containerkit

I propose that code used in Phoenix that is now standing in the sandbox be *moved* to Phoenix.

RATIONALE:

- Phoenix should not rely on stuff marked as sandbox
- The code should be only in one place, and in Phoenix it's
best because there is where it's maintained and can
evolve
- we will also consider *all* phoenix code for ubercontainer
so code moved there will still be considered

Is someone is against this for a solid reason?
