We had been talking productively for many months, and yet you publically identify a single e-mail sent privately to Greg Stein (not to the board, but to a single individual) in the middle of the holiday season as an indication that the board is non-responsive.

I believe that all such e-mails to me were responded to in 48 hours or less, with the exception of the request for tared up cvs repositories which may have been as much as 72 hours.

You are welcome to discuss this privately with myself or the other members of the board, but you seem to have elected to no longer do so. If you will give me your permission, I will share the discussions to date here, but again you have not elected to do that either.

The choice is yours.
