All the servlets will inherit the .xinfo settings for the JettySevak block (if you use the deploy
method with specifiying a separate ServiceManager).  If you do use the longer deploy method, you
have more scope for things.

Gotcha, that was the problem, thanks. I'll have a demo app ready soon, the SAR file is 880 KByte, so I'm not going to post it to the list. But if someone is interested, I can mail it (and of course contribute it, if it is deemed useful).
