Yes but when two community members have past bad blood, one of them has their commit privileges revoked, and the other goes through and does a wholesale removal of author tags in one specific component that the other was the primary author.. well, its like poking a bear with a stick.
That's why I wanted to have a vote to make this a community decision.
My understanding was that since we had done it for A-F, we would have wanted to do it for other components as well. Add to that the discussion on incubator...
Anyway, let's see what the vote will say, and we'll stick to that.
In the meantime, I suggest Stephen to revert that change.
