The ThreadManager classes were made too complex. Since we are using
Util.Concurrent from Doug Lea anyways, I am converting to that instead
of trying to use Excalibur Thread.
Also you forgot the PrepareComponentHandlerCommand which is necessary
for startup time initialization.
you mean PrepareHandlerCommand?
