service doesn't implement the Component interface.
We will be releasing a new version of ECM in the near future. We just
want to get a feel from the Cocoon fellows if JDK 1.3 is an acceptible
minimum, or if we should add a dependency for CGLIB.
Am I missing something?
I don't know what is the problem. I didn't have time to look into it.
The problem is that Cocoon is using an older version of ECM that does
not support services that do not implement Component yet. The problem
stems from not properly managing the releases--for that we are sorry.
All code in CVS should work well together. We are in the process of
making the full release. RSN.
