Granted, I'm not using the logger. That for the distro in the zip file, Avalon4.0b3. Secondly, most problems in the build sequence arise from the fact that the distro unpacks in a directory called Avalon-4.0 while build.bat looks for tools and stuff in jakarta-avalon\.
