        Yes, the 'fork' of the XMLResourceBundle was mainly my doing -
        it was intended to be a temporary solution until
        XMLResourceBundle was officially a part of Avalon (ie. moved out
        of the scratchpad).

        I see no problems in moving it back to Avalon proper.
