Alternatively they could just not place anything outside of SAR-INF - much
easier ;)
8-)>  ok,.... you're right!
Incidentally Bay (Catalina/Avalon) is broken for the moment as the 
catalonia directory inside the sar file is not being unzipped.  Decision 
about partial unpacking needs to be made and coded before this will work 
again.
