Hi guys,
I just checked out all the avalon modules and found something very bad:
jakarta-excalibur/lib/bytecode.jar
which includes packages such as "gnu.*"
Now, I grepped around and found no use of this library, neither any
indication of what license it has (hopefully LGPL).
Anyway, the ASF has a policy against using any xGPL java code because of
possible legal infection problems with the GPL.
Please, remove that library ASAP and the code it might break and recheck
it in once a solution is found.
