Is there a particular release I should grab? Can I grab just the avalon framework, or should I grab cornerstone, excalibur, etc..? I haven't seen a changelog for Avalon, so I'm not sure why mid-September was used for the Avalon upgrade for James, and whether it's safe to upgrade again.
