I downloaded the most recent Phoenix Alpha binary distribution and simply unzipped it into a directory. The documentation indicates that a sample application should be deployed and available at http://localhost:8999/ <http://localhost:8999/> . However, I get nothing, and nothing is in the apps directory. What am I doing wrong, and where might I find more sample applications so I can give Phoenix a spin.
