i cant live with your documentation. try to make it short. dont write boring romans about your private life. - explain me shortly WHY avalaon/phoenix and not e.g. classic servlets - point me to some examples - show me on overview of features - what do I get when I invest some time here. - show me how to install and how to use. even a simple "readme.txt" would be better here. INCREASE the "information per char"-rate to improove avalon/phoenix maybe then you get some nice words :-) bye rene
