Can you cast your eye over the following - wondering what your
thoughts are:
In the .xinfo file
"version" :: is the version of class implementation
In the .xinfo file service element: "<service name="..." version="..."/>
"name" - MUST be an interface or can this *logically* be a class ?
(I know Phoenix expects this to be an interface, but I have
one case where I cannot provide an interface, only a class)
