Hi people, I know there were quite a few people on phoenix-dev basically there as phoenix users rather than developers; the same goes for avalon-apps. I recommend that all of you subscribe to the avalon-users list if you're not subscribed to it already.
The people working on Avalon-Phoenix are on avalon-users as well and will happily answer questions on that list; and the volume of mail avalon-users generates is much lower than that generated by avalon-dev.
