  Thanks. I've checked sources out.
  
  The example makes use of ExcaliburComponentManagerCreator class
which is not included into Excalibur-4.1 release (though javadoc says:
"@since 4.1".
  When it's going to be included in release (or maybe I can simply
build it and pack into 4.1 myself)?
