How to use Lucene XML Indexing classes ?

Hi,

I would Like to Index XML files with Lucene and saw there were
XML implementations of Lucene classes in Avalon
(SimpleLuceneXMLIndexerImpl for example) 

Does someone know how to use them ? Would you have code examples ?
