Jetty block for Phoenix

Been looking over the options for an embedded Jetty service in Phoenix.  Seems there 
are two options.  One included included in the jakarta-avalon-apps-sevak project.  The 
other one, called Jetty-Phoenix, over at the Jetty Sourceforge home.  Which one?
