Hi, The MRP should be capable of managing deeper operations. The standard Mrp related modules do not satisfy many manufacturing companies' need. It looks very simple. It is lacking in many places of MRP
Workcentre definitions, Routings, BoM are at the initial stage. These would be really complex for many manufacturing company. Avanzosc has tried to extend the MRP capability.. But still, it still has bugs and lack of features. Anyway, appreciation for what they have contributed so far and intended contribute in the future. Please try to incorporate in OPenERP 7 a better MRP features that is helpful for many manufacturing company.
